Having worked with some of Brazil’s leading recruitment consultancies, he has supported law firms and corporations in identifying and attracting talent across all seniority levels through a dynamic, results-oriented, and relationship-driven approach.

Throughout his career, Gabriel has led complex recruitment projects, market mapping, and compensation benchmarking assignments, developing a deep understanding of the legal market landscape. He is recognized for his energy, proactivity, and ability to align the strategic needs of clients with the aspirations of candidates, guiding hiring and career decisions with clarity and precision.
