Paulla holds a Law degree from Universidade Estácio de Sá and a postgraduate degree in Contract Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas. She built her legal career with a focus on Dispute Resolution, particularly in civil, contractual and commercial law.

Prior to joining MACI, Paulla spent 15 years at one of the leading law firms in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, coordinating complex case work and advising both domestic and international clients. This experience reflects not only the technical depth of her legal background, but also her ability to work closely with clients, understand their needs and deliver practical, solution-oriented advice.

Paulla joined MACI in 2026, motivated by the opportunity to apply her legal expertise in a new context, supporting both candidates and clients with insight grounded in years of hands-on experience within the Brazilian legal market.
