These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the MACI website at www.maci.agency and its mobile application (collectively, the “MACI Platform”), as well as the user’s relationship with MACI, hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us.” Please read carefully, as this document may affect your legal rights and obligations. Employers
If you wish to use MACI’s recruitment services, our applicable Terms and Conditions for those services are available upon request via info@maci.agency.
Candidates
By registering as a candidate on our platform, applying for a job, or providing your data for recruitment services, you expressly agree to enter into an agreement with MACI, which involves participating in recruitment processes and being contacted by our consultants with opportunities that match your profile. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions occurs at the time of registration. The recruitment service is free for candidates. You may terminate this relationship or request that MACI remove your data from its database at any time by contacting info@maci.agency.
The submission of a resume or other personal information by the user does not guarantee that an employer will request an interview or job offer, as this decision is entirely at the employer’s discretion. MACI does not guarantee any conditions or duration of any position obtained through the MACI Platform.
Use of the MACI Platform
The MACI Platform is designed to facilitate an understanding of our services and provide a communication channel with us. The use of information from the platform is at the user’s own risk, with the content provided “as is.”
When accessing, downloading, or reproducing content from the MACI Platform for permitted purposes, you must observe and preserve all intellectual property rights contained in the information.
The following are not allowed:
- Using the MACI Platform for commercial purposes without authorization;
- Sharing illegal or offensive material;
- Promoting illegal activities or violating applicable regulations;
- Interfering with other users’ use of the platform;

Failure to comply with these conditions regarding the use of the MACI Platform and the intellectual property rights included therein constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and results in the immediate loss of the authorization granted here, without prejudice to the user’s liability for damages caused to MACI due to such breach.

Registration
By registering on the MACI Platform, you will have access to features such as job alert notifications via email and the ability to upload resumes to our database. You must ensure the accuracy of your data and keep it up to date. If you suspect a security breach, notify us immediately at info@maci.agency.
MACI reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your registration by requesting the removal of your information and personal data via info@maci.agency.
Disclaimer
Although MACI strives to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on the platform, it is presented for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the information for any specific purpose. In case of an error, we will try to correct it as soon as possible.
MACI is not liable for damages caused by viruses or other issues when accessing or downloading content from the platform.
